Spring, Super Sport, and Stay Warm Sale with 20% Off Kits and Sets

Happy Friday! Can you believe we are already a month into 2020? Yesterday morning we had some lovely spring weather, and it inspired me to get a head start on some of my spring colorways, so I have been creating some great new colorways and recreating some old ones. You can find them all in the New This Month section of my shop.

Here’s one of my favorite new colorways for spring. This is Paris on So Silky Sock.

My other new favorite is called Beautiful Universe, and I owe many of you a debt of gratitude for helping me come up with the name. Here that one is:

Super Sport

In light of all the wonderful new patterns that designers are making in sport-weight yarn, I decided to bring back my Super Sport yarn base. It’s a soft and squishy yarn base made of 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon. It’s great for hats, shawls, sweaters, and slightly heavier-than-usual socks that are perfect for winter. I have five colorways in stock right now, and I dyed them all in coordinating colorways so you can use any of the five together. You can find all the Super Sport skeins here. The pattern I especially have in mind is Andrea Mowry’s Shift pattern.

The three colorways below would be great for that pattern, and they are available both as a set and as individual skeins.

Last Day to Join the Club

As I mentioned last week, the February club colorway is going to be based on Monet’s painting entitled, “The Artist’s Garden at Giverny.” This is just a quick reminder that February 1st is the last day to join one of my yarn clubs or my art batt club in time for the Monet colorway.

Stay Warm Sale on Kits, Sets, and Scarves

You know that lovely spring weather I mentioned? Well, it didn’t last. Old Man Winter decided to reappear, much to my chagrin. Spring is my favorite season, and I always find the months between Christmas and the actual appearance of spring a bit trying, but that’s where the fiber arts come in, right? What could be better than sitting in front of the fireplace sipping coffee and knitting or weaving or crocheting or spinning?

Well, there’s just one thing, and that’s wearing the cozy, soft, warm woollies you just made. To make it a bit easier, I’m having a 20% off sale on most of my kits and sets.

I’m including:

  • Kits for Joji Locatelli’s Odyssey Shawl made using my Squoosh DK yarn base.
  • Kits for my Knit and Chat Infinity Scarf and Cowl pattern, and don’t forget that you can get a scarf plus a couple of cowls out of one kit.
  • Three-Skein Fade Shawl Sets, including the yarn plus a list of great pattern possibilities
  • Felting and Spinning Fiber Kits
  • Gradient Mini Skein Sets

Pretty much the only kit I can’t include is my Eight Days of Easter Preorder, but that’s still available too.

You can find all the goodies that are on sale right here. Just use the coupon code STAYWARM20 when you check out to get 20% off, or follow this link to have the coupon code applied automatically.

Happy fiber artistry–and do stay warm!
