Introducing Squoosh DK

I’m really excited to introduce my newest yarn base to you. It’s called Squoosh DK, and it is really delightful. It’s made of 100% extra-fine superwash merino wool, and it’s just so squishy and stretchy and soft that I can’t stop touching it!

I know Squoosh isn’t really a word, but it’s the perfect description for this yarn! The yarn comes in big 4-ounce skeins with 250 yards each, and it’s just a delight to knit with, and I’m sure it will be just as fabulous to crochet with, especially with all the brutally cold weather we’ve all been having.

I decided I would introduce Squoosh DK with a cohesive set of 8 different colorways that can all be used together. I chose some of my most popular colorways to use–the ones that sell out again and again–and I included a mixture of semi-solids and splashed and speckled colorways.

Here are all 8 colorways I’ve made so far:

La Bohème, Burgundy Rose, Kristin Lavransdatter, A Little Princess, Perfect Purple, Nebula, Annunciation Blue, Monet’s Cathedral

Here’s A Little Princess along with the stockinette sample I made.

…and here’s Nebula along with its sample.

I can’t wait for you to get the chance to feel this lovely yarn! I’ll leave you with a photo of my own favorite, La Bohème:

Happy fiber artistry!

        1. That sounds like a great set! As I already mentioned, La Bohème is my favorite too, and I just finished making a sample of Monet’s Cathedral.
