New this Week

This week I dyed up Polwarth and merino top for the first time in quite a while. Here are the colorways:

The merino is a super fine 18.5 microns, and the Polwarth is also very soft. Polwarth is what I always recommend to new spinners because it is still next-to-skin soft, but it has a longer staple length than merino, making it easier to spin.

For yarn, I dyed up some Regal, Beautiful Galaxy, Vivaldi’s Four Seasons colorways, and Eggplant.

A Funny Mother’s Day Song

I thought I would leave you with this hilarious and horrifying song about Mother’s Day. It takes me back. I’m just glad that there was never a single day when my children did all of those things!
