I have a new colorway for you this week. It’s called Day at the Beach, and it’s a fun, happy colorway for summer. Who knows? If you have a trip to the beach planned, perhaps you’ll want to take some along!

I have it available right now on Sock Perfection, and I added it to the dyed to order section of my shop too. I think this would be super fun on Squiggle Sock.

I also have an art batt colorway by the same name. It’s not identical, but I think they’d look great together. Here’s the art batt version of Day at the Beach:

Hand-Dyed Top and Commercial Top

I dyed up some fine merino and Polwarth top in several colorways recently. The newest one is Tulip dyed on very soft 18.5 micron merino:

I have more fiber to dye, including a lovely merino/silk blend. If you have any colorway requests, let me know!

Meanwhile I did something new and added some commercially dyed top to the shop. I thought that some of you might enjoying blending your own colorways using blending boards or hand carders or felting with them. I’ll be adding more colors as I can, but I set up a new Commercial Top section of my shop where you can find both commercially dyed top and undyed top. As always, I only carry fiber that is soft enough to wear next to your skin.
